Since I'm already writing TMNT fanfiction right now, I'm going to add some crossovers to it. TMNT will meet the following Marvel heroes

Spider-Man and Black Cat
Daredevil and Elektra
Punisher
Deadpool
Blade
Iron Fist and Power Man
Shang Chi and Shen Kuei
X-Men
The Avengers and the Sheild

Now I will explain each plot line of the stories

For the Spider-Man Crossover, Norman Osborne makes a partnership with the Foot Clan as his protection and as well as hired assassins to eliminate Spider-Man. The turtles find Spider-Man and Black cat fighting the Foot Clan and jumped in to help them. Later on the Green Goblin will become the turtles enemy as well. Also Peter Parker task is to take some pictures as proof that there are ninja terrorizing New York.

For the Daredevil and Elektra team up, Karai makes an alliance with the Hand (The ninja clan that the Foot was based off of) and Kingpin also makes an alliance with her so that he can eliminate Daredevil and Elektra. Also Casey Jones is framed for a crime he didn't commit, the lawyer that he hires is Matt Murdock. The turtles will later find out who Matt Murdock is.

For Deadpool, He finds himself as a target of the Foot clan and Task Master. The turtles sees him getting Ambushed and jump into help him. Also the turtles greatest enemy reveals that he is alive and well!

In the Blade crossover April and Casey have been bitten by vampires and the turtles are forced to fight their friends. However it's not just their friends who become Vampires but a lot of other people in Manhattan as well. The famed Vampire Hunter Blade and well as the Kraven the hunter will make their appearances in the crossover.

In the Punisher, There are news reports of various gang members being killed including members of the Purple Dragons. The turtle thought Casey had snapped but it turns out there is another Vigilante responsible for their deaths.

In the 6th TMNT and Marvel team up, the Turtles meet the four Martial Artist Iron Fist, Power Man, Shang Chi and Shen Kuei and help them defeat various assassins and Foot Clan.

For the Plot line of the X-Men. Professor Xavier learns about the Ninja Turtles and Splinter and invites him to their Mutant Academy to train in their Danger room. Magneto also takes interest in the turtles and tries to get them to join his side. The turtles would soon find themselves in a war between the X-men and the Brotherhood of mutants.

Last but not least The turtles team with the avengers, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Iron Man, and various other heroes against their sworn enemies and the evil organization Hydra.
